Customer Reviews
Great gift box, good experience
I ordered one of the curated gift boxes for my sister's birthday, the 'Relax & Recharge' one. The ordering process was straightforward on their website; it was easy to find what I wanted. It arrived two days earlier than the tracking said it would, which was a nice surprise. Everything inside was packaged really well, no damage at all. The artisanal candle smelled amazing, and the wellness tea was a hit. I had a quick question about one of the ingredients in the body butter and used their contact form; customer support got back to me within a few hours with a clear answer. Overall, the quality of the products was high, and I appreciated the ease of the entire transaction from start to finish. I'd definitely consider buying from Julo again for gifts.
Good coffee, slow delivery
I ordered some specialty coffee from Julo. The coffee itself was really flavorful, a nice rich roast. Shipping took a bit longer than I expected, about 8 days, which was a minor downside. The packaging was good, nothing was damaged.
Love my new throw blanket!
Oh my goodness, I just received my new throw blanket from Julo and it's absolutely gorgeous! The texture is so soft, and the colors are even more vibrant in person. It got here so quickly too. I'm already snuggled up on the couch with it. I will definitely be shopping here again, and I'm telling all my friends about Julo!
Got some nice coffee and a journal
So, I decided to check out Julo for some gifts and ended up getting a bag of specialty coffee for myself and a cool journal. The website was pretty easy to navigate, found what I wanted without any hassle. Shipping was decent, took about a week, which is normal for online stuff. The coffee is actually really good, way better than my usual brand. And the journal feels high quality, nice paper. It was a good experience all around, no complaints from me. Felt good supporting Black-owned brands too.
Amazing facial serum!
I got the organic facial serum and it's incredible! My skin feels so soft and looks brighter after just a week of using it. The bottle arrived safely, packed really well. I just love finding new products from Black-owned brands, and Julo makes it so easy. I will definitely be back for more skincare and to explore other categories too!
Lovely throw blanket, small issue
My recent purchase from Julo was a throw blanket. The ordering process was straightforward on their website, very clean and easy to navigate. It arrived in about 6 days, which was fine. The blanket itself is super soft and the colors are vibrant, exactly as pictured. I was really impressed with the quality for the price I paid. My only small gripe is that the tracking information wasn't updated regularly, so I wasn't entirely sure where it was until it showed up. But overall, it's a beautiful product and I'm happy with it.

can you return stuff if it doesn't work out? like a skincare product that caused a reaction or something?
are all the brands on Julo *actually* black-owned? just want to make sure I'm supporting the right way.
do they allow more than one coupon code at checkout? got a first-time buyer one and maybe a free shipping code or something.
Hey, anyone know how long shipping usually takes for Julo orders? Thinking of getting a gift box for my sister, but need it by next week.
how does Julo compare to like, We Buy Black or Etsy? like what's the actual difference, besides being black-owned brands?
